Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 7, 2026
RedWyre AI payments for strategy calls, business sessions, audits, deposits, workshops, diagnostics, and custom consulting engagements are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law.
Because each engagement reserves time, preparation, review, and business strategy capacity, payments are not refundable for cancellations, no-shows, delays, change of mind, unused time, or failure to provide requested intake information.
Clients may request one reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the session/payment.
For custom, healthcare, enterprise, workflow, training, simulator, QA, documentation, or implementation-related engagements, payment does not include unlimited strategy access, internal reuse rights, recordings, redistribution, or expanded implementation unless specifically stated in a signed agreement.
If RedWyre AI must cancel or cannot deliver a paid service, RedWyre AI may offer a reschedule, service credit, or refund at its discretion, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
